Workout Wednesdays now go Year Round!

During track and cross country off-season months we meet at 3:30pm. During months youth are in season we meet at 5:30pm. Contact for any questions.

We’re in full support of our local teams and want to do everything we can to see them succeed. That’s why we meet at a convenient time for them when they’re in off season. Once they start their seasons we switch to 5:30pm so people can come after work. All levels are welcome to these workouts! Walking is fine too.
